We live in a world in which travel has become both increasingly important and more complex in its variety of modes and choices available, aided by the worldwide web, OTA’s and Trip Advisor. Travellers are faced with myriad alternatives as to transportation, accommodation and other travel services. Travellers depend on travel agencies and others in the industry to guide them honestly and competently. All OTOAI members pledge themselves to conduct their business activities in a manner that promotes the ideal of integrity in travel and agree to act in accordance with the applicable sections of the OTOAI Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct, stringent quality controls, checks and mediation. OTOAI will act as a seal of authority, reliability, professionalism, advocacy and trust.
